We are very flexible at Paws Above The Rest and can provide either a daily or occasional dog walking service for an hour or 30 minutes, on an individual basis or in a group from the same household. Discounts are also available for walking a second dog from the same household. We are proud to announce that we now offer puppy and adult socialisation and training classes, check out the 2021 Gallery for photos or contact us for more information.

So, whats the process?

All dogs enjoy a long walk and to explore with their noses, therefore each walk will be carefully selected to ensure that your dog receives the mental stimulation they require.  This will range from a good chase around playing with balls and frisbies to exploring the beautiful countryside and woodland areas. Dogs can be walked on or off the lead depending on your preference and the dogs ability to demonstrate a solid recall.  Basic training can also be provided on request however please not this may carry an additional charge depending on your requirements. Initial dog walking consultations will be held with you at your home so that a behavioural assessment can be carried out by the walker.

What about other

animals?

Cats, Rabbits and all small animals can be catered for as we offer “pop in’s” to feed, play, clean litter trays, refresh bowls and water etc..

What other services do

you offer?

In addition to dog walking we can accomodate additional duties, for instance, collecting post, opening curtains and popping the bin out.

Are you insured?

Paws Above The Rest are fully DBS and CRB checked and are comprehensively insured.
